The host hotel for the Convention will be the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa located just 15 minutes from downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona, home of our Gamma Psi Chapter.

Travel to Tucson is easy by car or airplane. If traveling by air, book your destination airport as the Tucson International Airport. From the airport, taxi and ride share services can connect you to the hotel property. Please note that it is a 20-minute drive to the resort from the airport.
The 156th Anniversary Convention will include opportunities for delegates to participate in the governance of the Fraternity, attend educational workshops, and exchange ideas to better their chapter, colony, association, or club. Attendees will leave with tools to address many issues facing their brotherhood including recruitment, financial stability, member motivation, advising techniques, risk management prevention, and overall operations.
Time will be available for convention attendees to enjoy the resort's 5 pools, spa services, world-class golf course, outdoor activities, hiking, climbing, and other local attractions.
Undergraduate Director Candidate Information:
Undergraduates who are interested in running for election to the Grand Lodge must complete an application form indicating their interest. Applications must be complete and received no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2020 to be included in the Delegate materials at the convention. Any questions about the position or election process can be directed to Executive Director, Tanner Marcantel.
Alumni Proxy Voting:
Chartered Alumni Associations and Alumni Clubs in good standing are allowed to designate a delegate in place of the president of their respective association or club. If the president is unable to attend, he may designate a proxy. Information on how to designate a proxy will be made available at a later date.
