Theta Xi Foundation in Partnership with Wayne Janus Proudly Announces
New Scholarship Opportunity: Blue Iris Scholarship

Scholarship to benefit a Brother at Alpha Sigma Chapter, Bradley University

The Theta Xi Foundation announces the availability of a new scholarship for members of Alpha Sigma Chapter, funded equally by Wayne Janus and his son, Craig Janus, available immediately to any fall associate members or member initiated in the prior Spring who is also currently enrolled at Bradley University. Starting Fall of 2016, the Blue Iris Scholarship will be $1,000 per scholarship and per semester, up to 8 semesters, and will provide financial support to two current undergraduate members of the Alpha Sigma Chapter.

The benefactor of this scholarship is Wayne Janus, father of Craig Janus, Alpha Sigma 803. Mr. Janus is a veteran of more than 35 years in the financial services industry and is widely regarded as an expert in tax and financial planning. A servant leader for many years, Wayne Janus currently sits on the board of the Make A Wish Foundation-Illinois and as a member of the Make A Wish-America Planned Giving Council.

The Theta Xi Foundation provides scholarships each year that are restricted to members of a particular chapter. These educational grants are made possible through earmarked and restricted funds that provide direct student aid to Theta Xi students that are members of a particular chapter and currently enrolled in college or university.
