Who:  All Undergraduate and Alumni Brothers in good standing, Family and Friends of the Fraternity!

Registration Costs: 
· Chapter/Colony Delegates (1-2 delegates): $525.00 per person (includes registration & lodging)
· Chapter/Colony Delegates (3+ delegates): $495.00 per person (includes registration & lodging)
· All Alumni Delegates: $350.00 (registration only)
· Single Day and Event Passes are available for spouses and guests through the registration link.

The host hotel for the Convention is The Rosen Centre Hotel located just minutes from Universal Studios Florida!  Lodging arrangements must be made through Amy Collins at HQ no later than June 20, 2018 to receive the Theta Xi room rate.  Late reservations may not be honored.  Hotel rooms are going fast, so reserve your room today!

Travel to Orlando is easy by car or airplane. If traveling by air, book your destination airport as the Orlando International Airport.  From the airport, taxi and ride share services can connect you to the hotel property.

The 154th Anniversary Convention includes opportunities for delegates to participate in the governance of the Fraternity, attend educational workshops, and exchange ideas to better their chapter, colony, association, or club.  Attendees will leave with tools to address many issues facing their brotherhood including recruitment, financial stability, member motivation, advising techniques, risk management prevention, and overall operations.  Click here for the Schedule of Events.

Undergraduate Director Candidate Information: 
In addition to the slated candidates, two undergraduate directors will be elected at the convention to fill two of the ten seats on the Grand Lodge. According to the Constitution and By-Laws, candidates for the two Undergraduate Director positions must be undergraduate members and not enrolled in a graduate school program at the time of their election.  Undergraduate Directors are elected in even numbered years and hold office until their successors are elected.  Nominations for Undergraduate Directors shall be made by interested members via a nominating application that must be submitted to the Committee on Nominations at Fraternity Headquarters no later than 30 days prior to the National Convention. Each candidate for an Undergraduate Director Position must have a cumulative GPA of a 2.5/4.0 or better, and be in attendance at the National Convention in order to be eligible for election.

Applications are available at www.thetaxi.org and are due no later than June 26, 2018 to Fraternity Headquarters.

Post Convention Cruise:
Brother Mark Stone, President of the Florida Alumni Club, is hosting a 4-Day Cruise to the Bahamas for brothers and their families aboard the Carnival Liberty. Full Details can be found in THIS FLYER.  To reserve your spot on the cruise, please 
contact Brother Stone directly.  The cruise is not part of the Convention registration fees. Additional fees required.

Alumni Proxy Voting: 
Chartered Alumni Associations and Alumni Clubs in good standing are allowed to designate a delegate in place of the president of their respective association or club.  To do so, THIS PROXY FORM must be completed and returned to Headquarters no later than July 12, 2018.
