Fraternity Headquarters is excited to announce that Amy Collins will continue her service to the Headquarters in a new role as the Director of Chapter Services. In her 13 years as a staff member, Amy has worked in nearly all areas of operations for the Headquarters. Over the past several years, she has been a leader on staff supporting alumni members, national events, and undergraduate chapter operations. This year, Amy will attain her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, qualifying her to hold this position on the Fraternity staff. In the director role, Amy will oversee all chapter and colony support, the annual report for accreditation, awards, and membership processes.
Emilee Danielson-Burke will assume a new role on the Headquarters staff as the Director of Standards and Accountability. In this new position, Emilee will focus on risk management policy and response, prevention education, and training. Emilee brings with her 3 years at Theta Xi as the director of chapter services, and over 10 years working in fraternity and sorority life on a college campus.
Executive Director Tanner Marcantel stated, “This shift of responsibility will provide a higher level of attention and service to our undergraduate chapters and colonies – especially to our officers and advisors. Theta Xi will benefit greatly from the collective experience of Amy and Emilee in these new roles on our staff.”
Both Amy and Emilee began their new roles with Fraternity Headquarters on June 1, 2020.
