Theta Xi Fraternity is excited to announce the addition of Brother Justin Jennings, Gamma Alpha 333 (Shepherd ’20) to the Headquarters staff as the assistant director of growth & expansion. In this position, Brother Jennings will be responsible for the Fraternity’s membership growth strategy, supporting existing chapters in setting and meeting membership goals, as well as managing new opportunities.
“I am excited to have Justin joining the Headquarters staff in this role,” says Tanner Marcantel, Theta Xi Executive Director. “His experience as chapter president, IFC president, and national volunteer will help him support chapters and colonies meet their growth potential.”
Brother Jennings brings with him extensive fraternity knowledge having served as chapter president and as Shepherd University’s IFC president. During this time, he led the chapter through a remarkable growth spurt (increase of 150%). He also understands the value of the fraternity experience and can communicate it to others. This is most notable from his work as a new student orientation leader and the IFC recruitment chairman. Justin is also no stranger to the national fraternity, having served as a facilitator for the Vredenburgh Presidents Academy and Newel District Leadership Academy.
“I always work hard to leave a place better than I found it,” says Jennings. “It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I can have this impact on our National Fraternity.”
Brother Jennings will begin his new role on July 1, 2020.
